水嶋 ヒロ, Mizushima Hiro....!!! Oh -no he was Tendō Sōji/Kamen Rider Kabuto in Kamen Rider Kabuto series!!! My favourite Heisei Rider series! Even it's a tokusatsu show but you should watch it.
