Stupid HLB!!! don't ever use either the credit card or apply for personal loan or whatever loan.
Their CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) will never work!!! NEVER!! oh, i really hate it.
one more thing, there was this Rachel Leong from HLB called me before and offer her assistance to me with regards of BT (Balance Transfer); provided her hp number and claimed i can call her anytime when i need the BT service. So, i called the other day, no one pick up the call. fine. Then she called back using company phone and asked: "Who's this?"
Who this?! don't u think that u should in fact mention ur name and company 1st b4 asking anyone this question?! aren't u working as customer service in HLB?!
OH!!!! damn *bodoh man!!! will never ever call HLB again!!! once finish the installment scheme for Modern Beauty, i'll straight cancel the card, no matter what it takes!!
