i was thinking whether should i go last night as i need to wake up very early, about 7.30am to drive there before 9am, worried there will be traffic jam as well. however, as i've been quite workless recently and sleep till quite late, hence i decided to wake up early today to attend. once a while only mah~
the facilitator Mr Loi from Inocrest is a nice and humorous guy, u won't feel bored throughout the whole course. really, i didn't even doze off, surprisingly!! very very interesting course. i learn a lot.
u know, according to his reading on this professor from Havard who had an experiment on 1 retirement home for 3yrs came out a conclusion that:
Group A who have been assigned with light duties' mortality rate is 25% whereby Group B who are free & easy as in can wake up anytime, do anything they want or not doing anything at all's mortality rate is 70%!
does this mean that i'll DIE early?! that's scary ne~i knew 2 new friends from this course and saw few leng zais tooo~
