虽然刚认识的时候会觉得他很坏，花心大萝卜一个。
可是深入了解后，会发现他有点点的霸道，人超帅，又从一而终。

Investment

Recently, I knew few friends of mine are either working in investment company or husband is share broker.

Fen Fen advised me to buy blue chips, especially for Maxis & Genting. They are very stable and worth to invest in. Also, according to her, there will be twice divident distribution for the blue chips purchase. To bad i have let go a chance of buying Maxis last week for Maxis broadband. Anyway, i doubt this will go up high as Wimax is the topic of the market right now.

Just met Catherine, my insurance agent to upgrade my PMM to PRUhealth. She is married!!! Congrats! Her hubby is a share broker. So she gave me some tips on which blue chips to buy, like Maybank, she said not necessary to buy a lot but can buy monthly for 10 units. It's a good idea! Also, some other financial advices. Compare her and Cindy, she seems to know more on investment and spending wisely.

I need to go into investment before it is too late. I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" recently. You don't use your salary to buy house. You invest and use the interest or fund in return to invest. So that you won't suffer when you are unemployed which i found it's quite true. I am trying to adjust my lifestyle for some saving now. Then, i can afford a condo and my mum can either stay with me or come more often..

Sigh... how many times already? 4th time, if not mistaken.
1st time, my 2 tyres were gone~
2nd time, my car was broken-in for my Sony car player, together with 2 pairs of shoes.
3rd time, my side mirror was gone~ now both side are at different color.

I want to cry also no tears to cry out loud nowadays. shit!! immune already.
How I wish i have my own house so that i can have my own parking and need not to suffer all this anymore~

Present for the LOVE one

I like to handmade stuff for my beloved one.

Friends out there, if you receive anything from me that is handmade by myself, you are considered "valuable" in my heart.

I saw my mum's photos taken in China today, and I saw the knitted-scarf that i have made for her. She used it during her travel in China. I am damn happeee!! She likes it. She uses it!

I will fly up to the sky when i found out they love the presents that i gave them.
Presents i gave may not be very expensible, but, i have put in lots of effort in it. Do love the present that i gave, will you?

i have been working in current company for 6months. to be honest, here is a HELL to me.
How i wish i never join this company before.
Colleagues are cool, my best mentor - Vivi, babes - Laili & Pinn & Emily...
Plus new CEO's secretary, hot & spicy - Fen Fen.
However, bosses are sucks!!!!

Brainless, *IBM, bad mouth, rude, no manner, basically, they are a bunch of jackass!!
Remember these names and please help me to spit on them if you happen to see them on the street: Laurra Pheh, Victor Yap & Chloe Leong.
They work as if it's their own company, their titles are Head of Sales & Assistant Sales Manager.
However, they carry themselves as a bunch of selfish idiots.

I'm saying all this with reasons: -
1) Our dearest HOS likes to judge her subordinates from the stories her ASM told. In my opinion, she has a pair of eyes & ears that are still functioning well... yet...
2) Our dearest HOS has a very very IBM!!! All the stories that come from her mouth can be extremely exaggerating and completely different from the true fact. For example, number 70% - 80% gone through her mouth will become 100%. WOW!!!!
3) Our dearest bosses can scold or say something bad about you in front of your fellow colleagues while you're not around; but once they saw you, immediately they'll change their evil faces to kind and nice smiling face. WTF!!!
4) As a superiors, they should guide and share their info with their subordinates, i believe?? Somehow, when things happen and you informed them for an opinion also as a feedback to prevent the same thing happen again, they will say: "Stop being unreasonable & emotional!!! I'm very busy here!!!"
5).....

There are a lot more!! cannot share with you guys one by one.
However, please do me a favor~ as i mentioned earlier, spit on them if you saw them.
Everyone of us just waiting to submit our resignation letter~
