Health Tip: meat

My cousin who is currently studying Chinese medicine.
He told me this,

"if you eat more on pork, steak or mutton, there is about 60% of having cancer;
if you eat more on chicken, maybe about 40%;
vegetarians of course will be healthier but not as lower chance as fish on getting cancer"

As a conclusion, better to eat no leg than more legs. Obviously prawn with lots of leg and very dangerous. What about oyster? No leg wor, good to eat more?????
