Bank passbook

Nowadays, stup Maybank will not issue passbook anymore. if u wish to withdrawl $$ via counter, u need to present both the ATM card and ur IC. This idea is way toooo dumb. i mean if u have ATM card on hand, why go through all the hassle and wait for ur queue number to be called?? BODOH.

if ever ur ATM card was 'telan' or stuck in ATM anywhere, you couldn't withdrawl ur $$. if ever 'telan' or stuck in ATM @petrol station or branch far away from the home branch, good luck! as it will take 1 month for the card to reach home branch for ur collection. MEMANG BODOH!!!

in the event that u couldn't wait that long, wanted to re-issue new ATM card, please prepare RM12 even thought it is not your fault that the stup ATM 'telan' ur card!!! u called customer service, they'll tell you 2-3days only, in fact NOT!! called home branch customer service, they couldn't provide any solution. DUMB x1,000,000!!
